Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user growth initiatives across business scenarios using refined operational methods including user segmentation and A/B testing
• Optimize key conversion metrics (registration, KYC completion, first deposit, first transaction) and improve user retention throughout the customer lifecycle
• Design and execute growth campaigns such as referral programs, trading mining activities, first-transaction incentives, and deposit bonuses to enhance user LTV
• Collaborate closely with product, R&D, marketing, and business teams to leverage internal and external resources for achieving business objectives
• Monitor market trends (new coin listings, halving events) to develop short-term growth strategies and identify new user acquisition opportunities
• Conduct data analysis to uncover growth insights and implement effective operational strategies

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in user growth, digital marketing, or related operational roles
• Proven track record in optimizing conversion funnels and improving user retention metrics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making
• Experience designing and executing growth campaigns (referral programs, incentive structures)
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams (product, marketing, business)
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency market trends and trading behaviors is preferred
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Creative problem-solving skills with focus on achieving measurable business results
