Job Description
1. Responsible for localized user operations in Turkey, including developing user segmentation strategies, short-term and long-term user engagement plans, and operational solutions to achieve localization-related KPIs.
2. Conduct localized data monitoring and analysis, periodic research, and product optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive user growth and improve traffic efficiency.
3. Plan, prepare, execute, and oversee localized campaigns, including but not limited to daily promotions and seasonal events. Perform post-campaign data analysis and knowledge consolidation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user segmentation strategies tailored to the Turkish market.
- Monitor and analyze localized data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance user acquisition and engagement.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to measure effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in user operations, with preference given to candidates with expertise in user/data operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and think logically and structurally.
- Proven project management experience, adept at collaborating with multiple teams, quick learner, strong team player, and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms is a plus.
