-Work as part of a product team to discover the users’ needs.-Rapidly prototype UX solutions for internal and external products to drive conversion and increase productivity.-Discuss prototypes with stakeholders and incorporate their feedback, shortening the feedback loop prior to development-Create and maintain a design system that can be leveraged across our portfolio of companies-Deliver assets and specs to developers, and validate that designs are implemented according to spec-Stay current with the latest in usability across web, iOS, and Android-Design marketing website template; Perform other duties as assigned
