Our core team is distributed across New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore, currently developing iOS/Android mobile applications for global users. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for mobile applications
- Conduct user research, information architecture, interaction design, and create prototypes/high-fidelity interfaces for iOS/Android Apps
- Design user experiences for complex financial and Web3 scenarios including digital asset display, transaction flows, authorization confirmations, and risk control prompts
- Transform underlying technical complexity into simple, secure, and trustworthy user experiences
- Continuously iterate product experiences based on user-centered principles
- Make design decisions based on user research, data analysis, and feedback
- Deliver high-quality UI designs and design systems
- Build reusable components ensuring cross-platform consistency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business and technical constraints into clear user flows
- Provide minor support for supplementary design work (small proportion): website/landing pages, in-app illustrations, marketing materials, etc.

Job Requirements
- Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of UX/product design/UI design experience
- Complete C-end mobile app (iOS/Android) project experience (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in mainstream design tools like Figma
- Solid UX foundation with understanding of mobile design guidelines
- Ability to independently design complex flows from concept to launch
- Excellent communication and design presentation skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing Web3/digital assets/wallets/DeFi/NFT related products
- Basic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, account abstraction concepts
- Experience designing high-security, strong risk-control, regulated products
