Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced designer to join our team, responsible for the visual and functional design of our GateKeeper trading tool software and main application. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing user experience and driving innovation in our trading platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the visual design, functional iteration, and redesign of the GateKeeper trading tool software and the main app.
- Follow and improve design specifications to ensure consistency and innovation in product visual style.
- Possess excellent business understanding ability, able to accurately grasp product goals, organize and formulate design goals and priorities.
- Possess certain product and interaction thinking, participate in product interaction design, work closely with upstream and downstream teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Keep up with design trends, deeply understand the needs of target customers, and continuously optimize and innovate user transaction experiences.
- Able to effectively handle multitasking and priority conflicts, ensuring that design projects are completed on time.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in visual and functional design for trading tools or financial applications.
- Strong understanding of business goals and ability to translate them into design priorities.
- Experience in product and interaction design, with a focus on user experience optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the trading/financial sector.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must have trading experience to understand user needs and behaviors in financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization in financial or trading applications.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions for trading platforms.
