Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced senior product experience designer to join our team and work together to create an excellent user experience. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user interface and interaction process of the company's products, ensuring that the products are not only powerful but also easy to use, able to meet and exceed user needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis and understanding: Deeply understand product goals and user requirements, work closely with product managers and R&D teams, and define clear design directions.
- User Experience Design: Create high-quality UI/UX design solutions, including interaction design and interface visual design.
- Iterative optimization: Based on user feedback and data analysis results, continuously optimize product experience, improve product usability and user satisfaction.
- Design System Maintenance: Establish and maintain a complete design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate with cross functional teams (such as development, product, etc.) to ensure the accurate execution of design intent.
- Industry research: Pay attention to industry trends, constantly learn new design tools and technologies, and maintain the forefront of design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and data to drive design decisions.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
