Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX designer with strong product judgment and user experience design capabilities. You will be deeply involved in the requirements analysis, user path design, and core interaction definition of Web3 products, not only responsible for interface presentation, but also as a co-creator of experience strategies. In our team, design is not just about "visual output", but about deeply understanding users and business, collaborating on products and development, and jointly building clear, reliable, and attractive on-chain experiences. You will lead the usability, ease of use, and consistency of the product, and participate in the entire process of building the product from 0 to 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in product requirement discussions and planning, provide insights and optimization suggestions based on user experience perspective
- Sort out information architecture and interaction processes, design high-quality user journey diagrams, wireframes, and prototype diagrams
- Use Figma and other tools to output high-fidelity design drafts, build and maintain a unified design language system
- Focus on user experience challenges in on-chain interaction and dapp usage, propose solutions
- Work closely with product managers and front-end engineers to promote high-quality design implementation, continuously focus on experience restoration and consistency
- Collect user feedback and behavior data, lead experience iteration and detail polishing
- Continuously study Web3 design trends and interaction methods, combine business scenarios to propose innovative design ideas

As a UI/UX designer in our Web3 team, you should have a passion for blockchain technology and decentralized applications. We value designers who can think beyond traditional interfaces and understand the unique challenges of on-chain interactions. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where design decisions directly impact product success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
