We provide a blockchain compatible with EVM - Rangers Protocol - to power our SDK toolkit, aimed at helping content creators smoothly transition to Web3. As investors, we support all Web3 domains to promote growth. Overall, MixMarvel serves as a comprehensive Web3 entity: provider, investor, incubator, and publisher. The Senior UI/UX Designer (Web3 Industry) will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our blockchain-powered platforms, ensuring intuitive and engaging interfaces that align with the evolving needs of Web3 users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for Web3 gaming applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and optimize interaction flows for blockchain-based platforms.
- Design and implement responsive layouts that work seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and web environments.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in UI/UX design and Web3 technology to continuously innovate and improve the user experience.
- Provide design recommendations for new features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Ensure all design outputs are compatible with blockchain protocols and meet technical requirements for decentralized applications.
- Work closely with the development team to iterate on designs, addressing feedback and refining user experience based on real-world data.
- Document design decisions and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and team alignment.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 5 years in the tech industry, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related projects.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for decentralized applications.
- Demonstrated ability to create user-centered designs that prioritize functionality, aesthetics, and accessibility in Web3 environments.
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi), to ensure design solutions align with technical constraints.
- Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, including personas, journey mapping, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences, with a focus on simplifying blockchain interactions for end-users.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand front-end development and ensure design feasibility.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining strong communication with the team, with a time zone between UTC+5 and UTC+11.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all design deliverables.
- Preferred: Experience with Web3-specific design challenges, such as handling decentralized identity systems or integrating with blockchain wallets.
- Preferred: Familiarity with design frameworks like Material Design or Ant Design, and ability to adapt them to Web3 contexts.
- Preferred: Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience in designing for inclusive user experiences in decentralized platforms.
- Preferred: Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct A/B testing to validate design concepts and improve user engagement.
Salary & Benefits
