Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of our financial trading platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and innovative interfaces that meet the rigorous standards of the financial industry while incorporating cutting-edge Web3 technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction interface design: Design user interfaces for the trading platform, ensuring they meet financial industry standards while incorporating Web3 innovation and appeal.
- User experience optimization: Analyze user needs and behavior patterns through research and data analysis to optimize transaction processes, interface layouts, and interaction design.
- Design trends and specifications: Stay updated on the latest design trends in finance, trading, and Web3 technology, and integrate them into platform designs.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and marketing teams to align design implementation with business needs and technical capabilities.
- Design system maintenance: Develop and maintain UI design specifications to ensure consistency, maintainability, and improved team collaboration efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in financial or trading platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating financial interface design and Web3 technology implementation
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of financial trading concepts and Web3 technologies
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive design systems and specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DeFi applications or blockchain-based trading platforms
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards in financial applications
- Multilingual capabilities for global platform considerations
