Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design for the company's Web3 products, ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Drive the complete design process from requirements analysis, user flows, and prototyping to visual delivery.
• Conduct experience design for overseas markets, considering multi-language and multi-cultural backgrounds, and paying attention to user habits in different regions.
• Design and continuously optimize multi-platform product experiences (Web, mobile, App) to ensure design consistency and usability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.
• Monitor Web3 user behavior and continuously optimize the user experience based on data-driven insights.
• Build and maintain design specifications and component libraries to improve design efficiency and consistency.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, from research to final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience designing for multi-language and multi-cultural audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor user behavior and optimize designs accordingly.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Previous work in agile development environments.
