Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design user behavior flows and product information architecture to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Participate in product planning sessions and contribute innovative ideas for product development
• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points
• Optimize design solutions based on user research findings and feedback
• Develop improvement plans for usability testing and evaluation of existing products
• Continuously monitor and enhance the overall user experience across all digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and visual design skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion design and prototyping tools
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
