Key Responsibilities
- Design user behavior flows and product information architecture to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Participate in product planning sessions and contribute innovative ideas for product development
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points
- Optimize design solutions based on user research findings and feedback
- Develop improvement plans for usability testing and evaluation of existing products
- Continuously monitor and enhance the overall user experience across all digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and visual design skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion design and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
