Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/Visual Designer to lead the design of our Web/App/backend and financial trading products. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, user-friendly visual design solutions while integrating AI capabilities into the design workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UI visuals for Web/App/backend systems and financial trading products, establishing interface standards and maintaining component libraries
- Participate in AI feature module design (smart recommendations, AI assistants, data analysis, pop-up dialogues) by combining AI generation capabilities and interaction logic
- Research AI product design trends and AIGC visual generation tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, AI plugins) to enhance design efficiency and creative output
- Lead brand visual identity, marketing campaigns, iconography, illustration, and layout systems to maintain consistent visual language across products
- Collaborate with product, front-end, development, and business teams to analyze requirements, deliver designs, and ensure accurate implementation
- Develop UI design standards, components, and methodologies to standardize and optimize team design processes
- Monitor industry competitors, international best practices, and AI+UI design innovations to continuously improve product visuals and user interactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of UI/visual design experience in internet/fintech products, including large-scale product visual system development
- Basic AI knowledge and application skills: understanding of AIGC visual generation, AI dialogue interaction design, and AI feature interface design (experience with AI-assisted design tools preferred)
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; skilled in building component libraries, design systems, and responsive interfaces across mobile and desktop platforms
- Excellent aesthetic sense with expertise in minimalist business/fintech style interfaces, including color, layout, icons, and motion design
- Understanding of UX principles to optimize interface layouts, information hierarchy, and operation flows from AI interaction scenarios
- Strong communication and project management skills to independently handle complex visual projects with attention to implementation
- Experience in financial, trading platforms, Web3, or AI tool products is preferred
