Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Strategy Manager to join our team and help establish and advance our business strategy in the RPC (Blockchain Remote Procedure Call) sector. This role involves monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities, and driving business improvements through data analysis and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor RPC market trends and explore opportunities through analysis of external data, including markets and competitors.
- Gain insights through business performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Excavate and advance an agenda for business improvements, focusing on products, operations, and pricing policies.
- Collaborate with the development team as needed, providing feature proposals and implementation support.
- Establish and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for RPC products.
- Conduct differentiated research and content planning as a market stakeholder in the RPC sector.
- Develop and concretize a global RPC market penetration strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in strategy, business development, or market analysis, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and drive business improvements.
- Familiarity with RPC or blockchain technology is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
