Job Description
As a Web3 Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain technology by collaborating with integration partners to design and launch innovative web3 protocols built on the Aptos blockchain platform. This position requires a deep understanding of decentralized systems and a passion for creating tools and resources that empower developers to build on the Aptos ecosystem. You will be responsible for enhancing the overall developer experience through the development of specialized tooling, comprehensive tutorials, detailed documentation, and engaging blog posts. Additionally, you will contribute to the technical design and implementation of new products and protocols, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of the web3 community.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with integration partners and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new web3 protocols on the Aptos blockchain, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability.
- Actively engage in the creation of developer-centric resources, including tooling, tutorials, documentation, and blog content, to lower the barrier to entry for developers and foster innovation.
- Participate in the technical design and implementation of products and protocols, leveraging your expertise to solve complex challenges and optimize performance.
- Coordinate, present at, and participate in global meetups, hackathons, and conferences to share knowledge, gather feedback, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for developer community engagement and growth, focusing on building a vibrant ecosystem around Aptos through outreach, education, and collaboration.
- Establish and maintain efficient systems and processes to support developer community building, ensuring smooth onboarding, active participation, and long-term engagement.
- Stay proactive in researching and understanding emerging trends in cryptocurrency and NFTs, while continuously learning about new assets and technologies to remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining strong cross-team communication to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain development, with a strong focus on protocol design and implementation within the Web3 space.
- Deep technical expertise in the Aptos blockchain ecosystem, including its architecture, tools, and development frameworks.
