Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy secure, high-performance smart contracts for USDe minting, staking, and derivative strategies using Solidity.
 - Develop and maintain delta-neutral derivative strategies that dynamically execute arbitrage opportunities across DeFi and centralized exchanges.
 - Collaborate with custody teams to integrate secure, compliant connectivity protocols with third-party financial venues.
 - Design and implement scalable solutions for money market systems and internal AMM mechanisms within the stablecoin product.
 - Conduct rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure contract robustness against exploits and attacks.
 - Optimize gas efficiency and transaction throughput for smart contract operations on Ethereum and other blockchain networks.
 - Work closely with quantitative engineers to translate complex financial models into executable smart contract logic.
 - Lead the development of cross-chain compatibility features for multi-venue arbitrage strategies.
 - Document technical specifications and provide clear explanations for contract functionality to support team collaboration.
 - Stay updated on emerging DeFi trends and blockchain innovations to continuously improve contract design and implementation.

Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in Solidity development with a minimum of 5 years of experience in blockchain engineering.
 - Deep understanding of Ethereum blockchain architecture, including gas mechanics, consensus protocols, and smart contract best practices.
 - Strong background in DeFi protocol design, with experience in creating automated market maker systems, yield aggregators, or liquidity protocols.
 - Advanced knowledge of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities in smart contracts.
 - Experience with cross-chain solutions and interoperability frameworks for connecting multiple financial platforms.
 - Ability to analyze complex financial strategies and translate them into efficient, delta-neutral smart contract implementations.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing performance, security, and cost-efficiency in blockchain applications.
 - Collaborative mindset with experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quantitative analysts, and DevOps engineers.
 - Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
 - Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of smart contracts.
 - Experience with blockchain development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, and Remix for contract compilation and debugging.
 - Knowledge of decentralized exchange (DEX) protocols and centralized exchange APIs for integration with trading venues.
 - Ability to design and implement modular smart contract systems that support future product expansion and feature development.
 - Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and optimize arbitrage strategies for maximum efficiency and minimal risk.
 - Experience with formal verification tools for ensuring the correctness and security of smart contract code.
