Job Description
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our global social media presence and drive audience growth across major platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Operations & Growth
- Manage overall operations and content strategy across global platforms including Twitter (X), YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Develop and execute follower growth strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates
- Monitor social media metrics and continuously optimize content formats and distribution effectiveness
- Content Creation & Engagement
- Develop creative social media content aligned with brand positioning
- Execute interactive activities like AMAs and Spaces to boost brand influence and community participation
- Identify trending topics and quickly produce relevant social media content
- Brand Building
- Contribute to global brand strategy while maintaining consistent brand voice across social channels
- Enhance brand awareness and influence in target markets
- Provide professional social media insights and creative recommendations
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, branding, and product teams to ensure effective message delivery
- Support company-wide brand strategy implementation with social media expertise
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of social media management experience, preferably in Web3/exchange/fintech industries
- Deep understanding of major international platforms like Twitter (X), YouTube, and Facebook
- Proven experience in planning and executing online interactive activities (AMAs, Spaces, etc.)
- Strong creative thinking and content planning skills with ability to capitalize on trends
- Data analysis capabilities to optimize strategies through performance review
- Fluent in both English and Chinese for seamless cross-border communication
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $3,000 - $5,500 USD equivalent per month
