Job Description
We are a digital asset management company specializing in cryptocurrency investments. We are seeking a skilled Social Media Operations Specialist with experience in building social media accounts from scratch (0 to 1). You will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Twitter (X) and Binance Square platforms. Collaborating closely with our core team, you will develop content strategies, execute growth plans, and enhance community engagement to establish our brand's influence in the crypto trading space.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Setup & Management: Independently oversee the creation and content planning of Twitter and Binance Square accounts.
- Content Strategy: Develop and refine social media content strategies, including tone, hashtag systems, and dissemination models.
- Trend Monitoring: Track trending topics and trading events, responding swiftly with high-quality content.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content (graphics, news updates, analyses, educational posts) tailored to traders.
- Engagement Growth: Increase follower count, interaction rates, and conversions to drive traffic to asset management services.
- Campaign Planning: Organize interactive activities such as polls, Q&A sessions, and AMAs.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify expansion opportunities through KOL collaborations, viral comments, and content repurposing.
- Competitor Analysis: Study rival accounts' content strategies and suggest optimizations.
- Performance Metrics: Define and refine KPIs (follower growth, engagement rates, shares) for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Essential: Proven experience building social media accounts from scratch with a structured operational approach.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Twitter and Binance Square’s content algorithms and traffic mechanisms.
- Crypto Knowledge: Strong grasp of crypto ecosystems, trading behaviors, and user psychology.
- Content Skills: Ability to craft compelling narratives—market analyses, educational posts, promotional copy.
- Data-Driven: Analytical mindset to optimize content based on performance metrics.
- Soft Skills: Accountability, effective communication, self-motivation, and adaptability to remote work.
- Preferred: Prior success managing crypto-related Twitter/Binance Square accounts.
- Industry Background: Experience in asset management, exchanges, or Web3 projects is a plus.
- Language Bonus: Proficiency in English for handling bilingual content.
