Job Description
Supro Finance is an early-stage Web3 RWA private credit project focused on connecting real-world cash flow assets in the shipping industry with on-chain stablecoin capital markets. The project plans to prioritize development within the EVM ecosystem, building products and communities around shipping finance, private credit, RWA vaults, and stablecoin yield strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of international channels including X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn
- Create English content including tweets, threads, announcements, AMA previews, project updates, and educational materials
- Develop content strategies around RWA, DeFi, private credit, stablecoin yield, EVM ecosystem, and vault products
- Maintain community engagement by answering questions and collecting user feedback
- Identify and collaborate with Web3 KOLs, RWA research accounts, DeFi yield platforms, and English community resources
- Assist in planning AMAs, Twitter Spaces, community tasks, early user recruitment, and pre-launch campaigns
- Monitor market trends in RWA, DeFi, stablecoin yield products, and related protocols (Pendle, Huma, Centrifuge, Ethena, USDai)
- Regularly analyze content performance, follower growth, community engagement, and KOL collaboration effectiveness
Job Requirements
- 1+ years experience in Web3 social media, community management, growth, or content operations
- Familiar with Web3 community operations on X/Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
- Excellent English writing skills for creating tweets, threads, and announcements
- Understanding of DeFi concepts including vaults, APY, TVL, stablecoins, lending, staking, points, and airdrops
- Interest in RWA, private credit, stablecoin yield products, and on-chain asset management
- Experience with KOL outreach, AMA organization, community cold-start, and project pre-launch preferred
- Background in RWA, DeFi, wallet/exchange campaigns, or EVM ecosystem preferred
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, social media management, and data analysis preferred
- Experience building Web3 communities from scratch (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord) preferred
- Candidates with English crypto content accounts, research profiles, newsletters, or portfolios preferred
