Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Brainstorm and research innovative ideas for original content that aligns with our brand voice
- Write compelling social media captions that effectively engage our target audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand alignment
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or related field
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
