Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and YouTube, focusing on content creation, audience engagement, and community growth.
• Relay project news and updates, provide technical support, and actively manage social media channels to cultivate a loyal and expanding user base.
• Collaborate with external influencers to co-create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and community interests.
• Lead social advertising campaigns, connect with other online communities, and represent the project at local events and meetups to strengthen brand visibility.
• Occasionally draft long-form blog content that is engaging, educational, and informative, as well as shorter promotional copy for targeted campaigns.
• Act as a brand advocate by promoting the project through consistent, passionate communication to attract and retain users.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the team's objectives and adapt to evolving digital marketing needs.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and driving user engagement across global audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft content tailored for diverse cultural contexts.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to measure campaign performance effectively.
