Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily content operations for social media platforms including Twitter, including content creation, publishing, and community updates to maximize platform exposure
- Identify and leverage project highlights, product features, user stories, and brand narratives to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for social media channels
- Plan and execute regular Twitter campaigns and activities to enhance brand influence and engagement
- Conduct ongoing industry research and content analysis to stay current with trends and identify topics relevant to community interests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing brand accounts on Twitter and other social platforms
- Excellent writing and communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools is a plus
