Job Description
We are committed to building the next-generation platform for the issuance, trading, and management of real-world assets (RWA). Our mission is to break down the barriers between traditional finance and the decentralized world, securely and compliantly bringing real-world assets on-chain to unlock unprecedented liquidity and value. We are seeking an engineer with exceptional security awareness and superb coding skills to join us in forging a "digital fortress" to safeguard on-chain assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, efficient, and logically rigorous smart contracts using Solidity for RWA issuance, trading, and lifecycle management.
- RWA Standard Implementation: Deeply understand and implement permissioned token standards tailored for RWAs (e.g., ERC-3643), flawlessly encoding complex compliance logic such as investor whitelisting and KYC/AML into contracts.
- Rigorous Testing & Auditing: Build 100% coverage automated test suites (including unit, integration, and fuzz testing) using frameworks like Foundry or Hardhat. Collaborate with top-tier third-party security auditors to resolve identified vulnerabilities.
- Extreme Gas Optimization: Write highly optimized code to minimize on-chain transaction costs, ensuring the platform's economic viability on networks like Ethereum.
- DAO & Protocol Upgrades: Develop and maintain DAO governance contracts, and design secure contract upgrade strategies (e.g., proxy patterns).
Job Requirements
- Preferred Hybrid Background: 5+ years of software development experience, including tenure at large tech companies, plus at least 2 years as a core smart contract developer in leading DeFi, infrastructure, or RWA projects.
- Smart Contract Expertise: Mastery of Solidity and EVM, with deep knowledge of opcodes, memory/storage layouts.
- Security-First Mindset: Thorough understanding and hands-on mitigation of common smart contract vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy attacks, oracle manipulation, integer overflows). Prior participation in bug bounty programs or security competitions is a plus.
- Toolchain Proficiency: Advanced skills in Foundry and Hardhat, with the ability to justify framework choices per use case. Familiarity with industry-standard tools like OpenZeppelin Contracts and Gnosis Safe multisig wallets.
- RWA & DeFi Knowledge: Experience with permissioned token standards (e.g., ERC-3643) and understanding of how RWAs integrate with DeFi primitives like AMMs and lending protocols.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English.
