Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on blockchain contract protocols, including their operational mechanisms, consensus algorithms, and underlying implementation frameworks.
 - Monitor and analyze on-chain contract calls and transaction logs using blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan) and advanced analytics tools.
 - Develop and maintain secure, scalable smart contracts for decentralized applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
 - Track the evolution of Ethereum's open-source technology, including upgrades to the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and new consensus mechanisms.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement blockchain-based solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
 - Document contract behaviors, vulnerabilities, and optimization strategies to support team knowledge sharing and future development.
 - Perform audits and security assessments of smart contracts to identify potential risks and improve system robustness.
 - Stay informed about emerging trends in blockchain technology and business innovation, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain contract development, with a strong foundation in Solidity, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
 - Deep understanding of Ethereum's architecture, including its consensus mechanisms (PoW/PoS), smart contract lifecycle, and decentralized application (DApp) ecosystems.
 - Proficiency in using blockchain analysis tools (e.g., Geth, Truffle, Remix) and transaction monitoring platforms to track contract interactions and logs.
 - Knowledge of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security best practices to ensure contract integrity and system safety.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to debug and optimize complex smart contract code.
 - Strong communication abilities to collaborate with developers, auditors, and business stakeholders while presenting technical findings clearly.
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
 - Preferred: Experience with blockchain platforms beyond Ethereum (e.g., Hyperledger, Polkadot) and familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) or non-fungible token (NFT) protocols.
 - Preferred: Proven track record of contributing to open-source blockchain projects or publishing technical research on smart contract security and optimization.
