Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of our global organic growth system. This role will be responsible for integrating SEO, GEO, and AI strategies to build automated growth tools and establish a comprehensive traffic growth system targeting Google, Bing, and AI-powered search engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop global SEO + GEO growth strategies and annual planning
- Build Google SEO + AI search (ChatGPT/Perplexity/Gemini) traffic systems
- Design keyword systems (search intent + AI question space + content topic structure)
- Establish content growth systems (Topic Cluster/Programmatic SEO/content matrix)
- Create AI-referenceable content systems (Entity-based/semantic content architecture)
- Optimize technical SEO (structure, indexing, speed, schema markup)
- Develop backlink and brand authority systems (PR/media/KOL/authority sites)
- Build SEO + AI content automation and distribution systems (toolchain/processes)
- Monitor and analyze SEO/GEO/AI search traffic data for continuous optimization
- Manage a 3-person SEO team and drive cross-department collaboration
Job Requirements
- Core Requirements:
- 3-7 years of SEO experience with proven Google SEO growth cases
- Comprehensive SEO knowledge (content + technical + backlinks)
- Understanding of AI search systems (GEO/SGE/LLM search logic)
- Practical experience with AI SEO or GEO optimization
- Familiarity with content structuring methods (Topic Cluster/Semantic SEO/Entity SEO)
- Experience with Programmatic SEO or content scaling
- AI & System Capabilities:
- Experience building AI content production or automation systems
- Familiarity with SEO automation tools (Zapier/Make/Notion/CMS automation)
- Systematic experience in content production → distribution → optimization
- Ability to automate SEO growth processes (keywords to content to publishing)
- GEO Capabilities (Preferred):
- Understanding of AI search content citation logic
- Knowledge of improving content visibility in AI responses
- Experience optimizing AI search exposure or featured snippets
- Ability to build structured knowledge systems for AI comprehension
- Bonus Qualifications:
- Fintech/crypto/SaaS/global market SEO experience
- Multilingual SEO experience (English preferred)
- Experience driving million-level organic traffic growth
- Media resources or backlink connections
