Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in various financing methods in the Web3 industry, including but not limited to private equity, IDO, ICO, institutional and individual financing
• Engage in market value management for Web3 projects at different stages
• Understand the financing and issuance pricing logic of Web3 projects
• Leverage experience in financial institutions such as FA, VC, and home office to build investment and financing relationships

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Web3 financing methods and investment strategies
• Background in financial institutions (FA, VC, home office) preferred
• Strong understanding of Web3 project financing and pricing mechanisms
• Experience in market value management for blockchain projects
• Excellent language proficiency (additional languages a plus)
• Finance-related educational background or professional qualifications preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Certifications in blockchain or financial analysis
• Multilingual capabilities for global project coordination
• Established network in the Web3 investment community
