Job Description
Design the core logic of contracts, including mark price, funding rate, margin system (cross-currency, isolated/full margin), position/price limits, liquidation process, and fund segregation solutions to ensure robust and stable trading mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage risk control parameters, dynamically adjust initial/maintenance margin rates, liquidation priorities, etc., and build monitoring systems to optimize parameters through data analysis, reducing market anomaly risks.
- Track iterations of contract products on mainstream exchanges, user feedback, and market trends, producing analytical reports to drive product optimization.
- Develop clear product solutions (including flowcharts, prototypes, and rule specifications), collaborating with technical, risk control, and operations teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contract designs adhere to regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Familiarity with financial market knowledge and basic programming logic is required.
- 4+ years of experience in contract products at mainstream exchanges or financial institutions, with deep understanding of perpetual/delivery contract trading rules, risk points, and user behavior. Proficiency in the underlying logic of the entire trading process is essential.
- Strong data analysis and risk assessment skills, capable of optimizing risk control parameters using metrics such as liquidity, position concentration, and volatility. Prior experience in building contract risk control systems is preferred.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset. Effective cross-department communication and teamwork skills are necessary to clearly convey product concepts and drive consensus.
