Job Description:
1. Responsible for marketing conversion tasks throughout the entire user lifecycle of the exchange or the design of front-end and back-end products for the exchange, ensuring product effectiveness and user experience.
2. Coordinate resources efficiently to advance product design and development, track user feedback and data, and continuously improve.
3. Adjust product strategies and features promptly based on user feedback and data analysis to optimize user experience.
4. Produce clear and high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interaction flows, functional logic, and calculation formulas, ensuring designs meet user needs and market trends.
5. Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to translate business requirements into product development needs efficiently, driving rapid product iteration and launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of marketing strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Develop and refine product features based on market research and competitive analysis.
- Ensure seamless communication between cross-functional teams to align product goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to meet business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields. Familiarity with Web 3.0/blockchain, finance, securities, internet, or futures trading industries is preferred.
- Experience in the Web3.0/blockchain industry, with deep knowledge of cryptocurrency communities and marketing activities.
- Proficiency in mainstream product design tools such as Axure, Office, and Figma.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and innovation; ability to think from both user and developer perspectives.
- Active thinking, clear logic, and excellent communication skills to express ideas and collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to understand the underlying business logic and translate it into clear development requirements.
- Proactive work attitude with high accountability and self-drive.
