Job Description:
Senior Product Manager
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of major product areas (for example: onboarding & KYC, trading flows, portfolio/positions, funding & withdrawals, or internal control panels).
- Define and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company OKRs and constraints such as regulatory and technical realities.
- Lead discovery and definition: user research, problem framing, requirements gathering, and writing product specs.
- Collaborate with engineers on architecture and technical designs for new features and systems.
- Drive execution: align cross-functional stakeholders, manage scope, prioritize ruthlessly, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
- Own product lifecycle management for your area: triage and prioritize bugs, operational issues, and tech debt in partnership with Engineering.
- Ensure new features are instrumented and measurable from day one; partner with Growth and Analytics on KPIs and dashboards.
- Participate in and sometimes lead post-incident reviews, turning incidents into product and process improvements.
- Contribute to product processes and rituals as a founding PM: planning cycles, roadmap reviews, and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in fintech, trading, or adjacent financial products.
- Track record owning complex, high-stakes workflows where correctness and reliability are non-negotiable (e.g., money movement, orders, identity, compliance).
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior and staff engineers on system design and technical tradeoffs.
- Strong product sense and UX instincts for dense information and transactional flows.
- Excellent communication skills; can drive clarity in ambiguous, cross-functional settings.
- Experience working in lean, high-velocity teams or startups.
Nice to Haves
- Direct experience with crypto or DeFi products (exchanges, on-chain trading, wallets, or derivatives)
- Exposure to internal platform products (e.g., risk tools, support tooling, ledger/reconciliation dashboards).
- Comfort thinking about risk, compliance, and incident management alongside product and UX.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
- 5% 401(k) match.
- Health benefits with employer-covered premiums, plus life insurance coverage.
- One-time office setup stipend.
- Flexible PTO.
