Job Description
Product Design & Management: Lead the design of AI-driven news content and data products, manage web, app, and AI agent products (e.g., automated crawling, structured push notifications), and optimize Web3 media experiences. Product Strategy & Ecosystem Integration: Plan AI content agents, design user-friendly content structures, navigation, and data visualization interfaces, and drive product development from 0 to 1. Project Management & Outsourcing Collaboration: Coordinate with two outsourced technical teams, establish iteration plans and delivery standards, and ensure parallel progress across multiple projects. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key metrics (traffic, retention rates, AI recommendation accuracy, etc.), drive product iterations, and support functional adaptations during campaigns. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with content, marketing, and community teams, with potential to build an internal product team in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee AI-driven product design and development for news and data platforms.
- Develop and implement product strategies for AI content agents and Web3 media.
- Manage collaboration with outsourced technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize product features based on data insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Preferred candidates with prior experience at techflow, followin, chaincatcher, Foresight, or Jinse Finance.
- Education & Experience: Master's degree, 3+ years in Web3/AI information platforms or content distribution products, 1+ year in management.
- Core Competencies:
- Mandatory experience in media aggregation/AI agent products (NLP experience preferred).
- Strong project management skills (experience with multiple outsourced teams).
- User-centric mindset and data analysis proficiency, skilled in Figma/Jira.
- Language: Fluency in English preferred, ability to work across time zones.
