Job Description
As a Blockchain Security Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive security audits across the entire blockchain business chain. Your role involves performing penetration tests and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks, while actively collaborating with business teams to implement remediation measures.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Security Audits: Conduct security evaluations and penetration testing for blockchain business processes. Utilize vulnerability scanning and simulated attack scenarios to uncover potential risks, and drive timely remediation efforts.
- Smart Contract Security: Perform code security audits for smart contracts. Identify logical flaws, improper access controls (e.g., privilege escalation), and other vulnerabilities to mitigate financial risks and ensure secure on-chain operations.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Security: Participate in penetration testing and security hardening for cloud services and endpoint environments. Configure and optimize security protection rules, and handle routine security incidents and emergencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with hands-on expertise in information security or blockchain security.
- Proficiency in blockchain architecture and smart contracts; familiarity with common Web3 attack vectors and defense strategies (e.g., Slither, Mythril, Echidna for contract auditing; Foundry/Hardhat environments).
- Strong cybersecurity foundation, including penetration testing, vulnerability discovery, network traffic analysis, and malware analysis (tools: Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, IDA Pro).
- Knowledge of cloud-native security architectures and underlying technologies (AWS components: KMS, ASM, IAM, CloudTrail; tools like Prowler for cloud audits).
- Experience in large-scale security projects, with independent troubleshooting capabilities; practical cloud security offensive/defensive skills.
