Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor development trends in global blockchain and digital asset fields, focusing on industry hotspots, technological trends, and policy developments.
• Conduct systematic research and data analysis on key investment areas such as DEFI, L1/L2/L3, games, middleware, web3 wallets, and other technical solutions.
• Produce in-depth research reports and regularly deliver industry analysis and observation reports for internal team reference.
• Review institutional research reports on macro and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Assist technical and investment teams with project due diligence and industry research, including coordination with external technical partners.
• Establish and maintain the team's research and investment knowledge base, integrating market data, industry trends, and project evaluation information.
• Develop a blockchain business intelligence analysis system to enhance decision-making accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and related fields such as DEFI, L1/L2/L3, and web3 ecosystems.
• Proven experience in conducting market research, data analysis, and producing high-quality reports.
• Ability to track and interpret industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and investment teams.
• Experience in project due diligence and coordination with external partners is a plus.
• Familiarity with building business intelligence systems or knowledge bases is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a research or analyst role within the blockchain or fintech industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization software.
