Job Description
This position is a key role in the development and optimization of blockchain-based data analysis solutions. As a core member of the product team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining on-chain data analysis tools that support decentralized applications and blockchain infrastructure. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure the technical feasibility and market relevance of the products. You will also contribute to the documentation and dissemination of technical knowledge through internal sharing sessions and external presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of on-chain data analysis products from concept to deployment, including requirements analysis, data modeling, and algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate data analysis modules into smart contract systems and decentralized platforms
- Conduct in-depth research on blockchain data patterns, transaction behaviors, and network metrics to inform product design decisions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, user guides, and architecture diagrams
- Participate in regular internal technical sharing sessions to disseminate knowledge about blockchain data analysis methodologies
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to align data analysis solutions with business objectives and technical requirements
- Monitor product performance through data analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and data analysis trends to identify innovation opportunities
- Contribute to the creation of case studies and white papers that demonstrate the value of blockchain data analysis applications
- Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing expertise in blockchain data analysis frameworks and tools
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, or related field with 3+ years of professional experience in blockchain technology development
- Proven expertise in data analysis methodologies, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Solidity, or JavaScript with experience in blockchain data processing frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Pandas, and Tableau for blockchain data interpretation
- Experience with decentralized application development and blockchain ecosystem analysis
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of blockchain security protocols and data privacy frameworks
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for complex blockchain systems
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
