Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and team-oriented Quantitative Trader to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing market-neutral strategies (such as market making and arbitrage) while continuously optimizing trading performance. Strong quantitative thinking, programming skills, and clear performance attribution capabilities are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Research, design, backtest, implement, and continuously optimize high-frequency market making, arbitrage, or other market-neutral trading strategies.
- Live Trading Management: Oversee daily live trading operations, monitoring, and risk management to ensure system stability and trading discipline.
- Performance Analysis & Attribution: Continuously track and analyze live trading performance, conducting detailed breakdowns to identify profit sources and risk points for strategy improvement.
- Trading System Optimization: Collaborate closely with the development team to enhance execution logic, reduce latency, and improve system performance.
- Market & Risk Monitoring: Monitor real-time market dynamics and position risks, adjusting strategy parameters or implementing risk controls as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with quantitative researchers, developers, and risk management teams to share insights and achieve collective goals.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of live trading experience in quantitative trading (e.g., high-frequency market making, statistical arbitrage) at top-tier financial institutions (market makers, hedge funds, or proprietary trading desks).
- Performance Track Record: Ability to quantitatively articulate personal or primary strategy performance with detailed attribution analysis (Breakdown).
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python for independent strategy prototyping, backtesting framework construction, data analysis, and implementation.
- Strategy Implementation: Deep understanding of the quantitative trading workflow (research, backtesting, live deployment).

- Independent Developer Path: Strong software engineering skills to independently code, test, and deploy strategies.
