Job responsibilities: 1 Participate in requirement analysis of software products, responsible for designing test plans and test cases, executing corresponding automated testing, performance testing, and other testing work, and implementing standardized testing processes; 2. Communicate and collaborate with other testers, developers, product managers, and project managers to jointly complete project delivery; 3. By analyzing business requirements and developing tools to solve testing tasks that are difficult for human resources to complete during the testing process, testing efficiency can be improved; 4. Improve the quality process, control quality risks, effectively ensure the product quality of the delivered project, summarize product quality issues, and propose quality iteration and improvement plans.
