Respond to and handle both positive and negative public opinion, and take appropriate measures to maintain the company's reputation and image. 3. Regularly generate and submit public opinion analysis reports, and report key findings and recommendations to the management team. 4. Participate in the company's crisis management team, provide support and advice on public opinion, and assist in developing response strategies. 5. Establish and maintain good relationships with the media, opinion leaders, and key stakeholders, and actively promote the dissemination of the company's positive image.
