Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the entire delivery process of the project, effectively controlling the project timeline, personnel arrangement, functional delivery quality, development progress, estimated risks, etc; 2. Develop a project development and implementation master plan, regularly update and report project delivery status; 3. Define a reasonable arrangement and personnel deployment for multiple parallel projects, fully utilize project resources such as members within the project team and various departments within the company, and ensure that the implementation work is completed according to the established plan and smoothly implemented; 4. Responsible for writing and reviewing key deliverables during the implementation process, such as project implementation schedules, business solutions, and customized requirement solutions, as well as writing implementation processes, project implementation plans, tracking feedback, implementation training courseware, software assisted applications, and other documents to promote the construction of standardized project implementation processes; 5. Writing and managing project related documents, including requirement changes, scheme discussions, meeting minutes, work logs, plan adjustments, scheme updates, etc.
