Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Delivery Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and effective resource allocation across multiple parallel projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire project delivery process, including timeline control, personnel arrangement, functional delivery quality, development progress, and risk assessment
Develop and maintain comprehensive project development and implementation master plans
Regularly update and report project delivery status to stakeholders
Optimize resource allocation for multiple parallel projects, coordinating team members and cross-departmental resources
Ensure project implementation according to established plans and smooth execution
Create and review key project deliverables including implementation schedules, business solutions, and customized requirement solutions
Develop implementation processes, project plans, tracking feedback, training materials, and software documentation
Contribute to the standardization of project implementation processes
Manage all project-related documentation including requirement changes, scheme discussions, meeting minutes, work logs, and plan adjustments

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in software development or IT implementation
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Excellent documentation skills with experience creating various project deliverables
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate project risks
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
PMP or other project management certification preferred
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Background in business analysis or technical writing
Experience in training and mentoring project team members
Familiarity with quality assurance processes in project delivery
