Job Description:
Product Operations (Perp Futures Product Operations): They are the "mechanics" of the system. Their primary role is to build, repair, and upgrade the engine. They focus on critical aspects such as "whether the brakes work (functional logic), how to write the manual (GTM), and what features to add in the next version to ensure smoother operation for users."
- Business Requirement Definition & Strategy Execution (Strategy to Requirement)
- Business Requirement Document (BRD) Writing: Translate the annual/quarterly strategies of the contract business department (e.g., targeting long-tail altcoin markets, AI trading competitions) into logically rigorous business requirements. Clearly define core parameters (e.g., maximum position limits, rebate tier structures).
- Competitor & Market Benchmarking: Continuously monitor product updates from top competitors like Binance, Bybit, and OKX. Analyze the underlying logic of their new features (e.g., unified margin, copy trading systems) to develop differentiated competitive strategies and convert them into internal product iteration requirements.
- Risk Control Parameter Configuration Management: Collaborate with risk control experts to define backend risk control parameters (e.g., liquidation trigger lines, large order slippage coefficients, funding rate caps/floors) to ensure product design supports refined risk management operations.
- Product Coordination & In-Depth Acceptance (PM Interface & Deep UAT)
- Requirement Review & Correction: Act as the business representative in-depth during Product Manager (PM) requirement review meetings (PRD Review). Scrutinize product logic from a trader’s perspective and promptly halt designs that defy trading intuition, are counterintuitive, or contain arbitrage loopholes.
- Business Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct "black-box testing" before launch. Test not only whether features function but also extreme scenarios (e.g., liquidation experience during sharp price spikes, order feedback during network lag). You hold veto power over the V2 system launch—if the product isn’t user-friendly, it doesn’t go live.
- GTM (Go-to-Market) & Operational Enablement
- Value Proposition & Promotion: Deeply analyze the core value of new features and distill "plain-language" selling points for the marketing team. Review all external product announcements, tutorials, and banner copy to ensure technical accuracy.
- Customer Support Enablement: Establish a knowledge base update mechanism. For complex financial concepts (e.g., ADL auto-deleveraging, unrealized P&L calculations), create in-depth "Trading Logic Whitepapers" and internal FAQs. Conduct regular quizzes for the support team to minimize customer complaints due to incorrect responses.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in product operations, trading product management, or risk control operations at a CEX (centralized exchange) or DEX (decentralized exchange).
- Must be an experienced futures trader: Possess real trading experience and a deep understanding of underlying mechanisms like Orderbook, AMM, Mark Price, Index Price, and Funding Rate. If you don’t trade yourself, you cannot excel in this role.
- Professional Skills:
- Documentation: Ability to write clear, unambiguous BRDs and create complex business flowcharts and state machine diagrams.
- Soft Skills:
- Result-Oriented: Not just satisfied with "features being built" but focused on "whether users adopt them" and "whether they drive P&L growth."
- Fluent English: Capable of reading technical documentation and writing announcements in English (for international team collaboration).
Benefits:
Remote work flexibility.
