Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Product Requirement Development: Deeply understand business objectives and user needs, conduct market and competitor research, and formulate product solutions.
• High-Quality PRD Documentation: Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD), outline product workflows and edge cases, and drive projects into development.
• Continuous Product Iteration: Refine product features and experiences based on user feedback and data analytics.
• Prototyping & Design Collaboration: Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Axure to create prototypes. Possess basic UI/UX design skills to collaborate efficiently with designers.
• UI/UX Team Coordination: Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure designs align with user experience and brand consistency.
• Design Implementation Oversight: Monitor design execution, focusing on interaction details and response logic to enhance product completeness.
• Cross-Functional Project Management: Coordinate with R&D, design, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
• Problem-Solving & Resource Coordination: Drive issue resolution, allocate resources, and manage project timelines to maintain healthy product development cycles.

Job Requirements

• Web3 Product Mindset: Understand core Web3 mechanisms (wallets, on-chain data, NFTs, DeFi, etc.) and have hands-on experience with blockchain-based products.
• User-Centric Design: Ability to design on-chain interaction experiences that improve clarity and usability for complex workflows.
• Web3 Wallet Familiarity: Experience with common Web3 wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Nightly, Petra) and front-end integration processes is preferred.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, 2-5 years of product-related experience. Graduates from 211 or 985 universities are preferred.
• Product Development Experience: At least 2 years in internet product development, with full-cycle 0-to-1 product design and implementation experience.
• UI/UX Proficiency: Ability to create prototypes using Figma/Sketch/Axure and knowledge of visual and interaction design principles.
• Design Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with designers to drive implementation, with a keen eye for UX improvements.
• PRD & Workflow Skills: Familiarity with product requirement analysis, PRD drafting, flowcharts, feature definition, and edge-case handling.
• Web3 Product Expertise: Hands-on experience with wallet connections, on-chain interactions, signature authorizations, and participation in DeFi, NFT, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• On-Chain UX Challenges: Understanding of common pain points in on-chain interactions, with experience in wallet compatibility, multi-chain support, and Gas management.
• Structured Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex business logic and abstract models.
