Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing requirements for quantitative trading tools and financial derivative products. You will also focus on user growth conversion scenarios and continuously iterate the product based on user feedback and data analysis to ensure competitiveness in the industry.

Job Requirements
- Strong interest in Web3 or trading industries.
- 5+ years of experience in internet or financial products, with preference given to candidates with experience in products serving millions of users or building a business from scratch.
- CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency, with preference for strong verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to startup environments and strong self-motivation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference for graduates from 985/double-first-class universities or those with overseas study experience.
