Job Description
As we continue to expand our product portfolio, we are seeking a talented and experienced product manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wallet solutions, DEX platforms, blockchain browsers, and the broader DeFi field. You will play a key role in shaping our product roadmap and driving the successful delivery of blockchain-based solutions. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about blockchain technology and has a proven track record of delivering successful products in the Web3 space. The product manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and data scientists to ensure the development of high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new Web3 products.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch, ensuring continuous optimization and user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and industry trends.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead the creation of user personas and use cases to guide product development and feature prioritization.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and customer acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in DeFi and blockchain technology to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a product manager in the Web3 or blockchain industry, preferably with a focus on DeFi solutions.
- Deep understanding of wallet solutions, DEX platforms, blockchain browsers, and other DeFi tools.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle management.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts, decentralized systems, and cryptographic protocols.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in product development.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- Experience with Web3 development frameworks and tools such as Solidity, React, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and how to apply them to blockchain applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and rapid iteration.
