Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for conducting research, planning, and actual implementation of front-end and back-end requirements for user center basic services and operational businesses; 2. Output product prototype diagrams, product processes, and write relevant requirement specification documents; 3. Promote the implementation of various service capabilities such as accounts and notifications provided by the user center in the business line. 4. Effectively communicate with the R&D, testing, and operations departments to ensure their full understanding of the product and promote its launch; 5. Monitor product data, conduct analysis and statistics, continuously improve products, and address user pain points;
