Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of contract trading products to ensure that the product design meets user needs and market trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the market dynamics in which contract trading products operate, including user needs, industry development trends, and changes in policies and regulations.
• Propose targeted product optimization solutions based on market analysis and competitor analysis results, including but not limited to adding new features and optimizing user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams such as R&D, operations, and marketing to drive project progress and ensure high-quality delivery of product functionality as planned.
• Deeply understand the characteristics of platform products and combine them with the development plan to propose product insights and promote their implementation.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product design, preferably in contract trading or financial products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and user needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to propose and implement product optimization solutions based on data-driven insights.
• Deep understanding of platform product characteristics and the ability to align product development with business goals.
