Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of incentive programs for the WOOFi Pro platform
Work closely with front-end engineers, QA, design and marketing teams to ensure successful program execution
Optimize user conversion processes and strategies to increase user engagement and retention
Enhance DEX products to meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experience
