Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Operate Tools product line, focusing on scaling secure blockchain applications to a broader audience. This role involves defining and executing a clear product roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a clear product roadmap for Operate Tools, aligning with the company's vision to scale blockchain applications.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Design, Data Team, and other stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions for developers and users.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize opportunities based on impact, and oversee end-to-end execution of product initiatives.
- Establish key performance metrics to guide product decisions and measure success, ensuring value delivery to developers and the ecosystem.
- Report on progress, identify strategic challenges, and refine product strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Engage with developers and ecosystem partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in blockchain or developer tools.
- Strong ability to define product roadmaps and align them with business objectives.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including Development, Design, and Data.
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing initiatives based on impact.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to establish and track key performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills to report progress and engage with stakeholders.
