TermixAI is seeking an experienced Web3 Product Manager to join our innovative team. As a Web3 Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our decentralized trading platform, products, and services. You will collaborate closely with technical, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure we deliver seamless, secure, and cutting-edge trading experiences for our users. Our goal is to provide a powerful yet user-friendly Web3 product that meets the trading demands of decentralized finance (DeFi) and NFT markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning & Roadmap: Drive the planning, design, and execution of Web3 trading products based on company strategic goals, covering the entire product lifecycle.
- User Needs Analysis: Engage with markets, users, and industry partners to identify key user needs and market pain points, driving innovative feature implementation.
- Competitive Analysis & Industry Trends: Continuously monitor Web3 and DeFi market trends, research competitor products (e.g., GMGN), and refine product strategy based on industry developments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, design, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery aligned with product requirements.
- Product Optimization & Iteration: Continuously refine products based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance UX and reduce friction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and A/B testing to make informed product decisions that meet KPIs.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure products adhere to Web3 security standards and regulations, particularly in asset protection, privacy, and transaction safety.
- Community Engagement: Participate in Web3/crypto communities to gather feedback and guide product direction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- 3+ years of product management experience, with 1+ year in Web3/DeFi products (e.g., GMGN).
- Deep understanding of DEXs, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and related Web3 domains.
- Familiarity with trading product core features (e.g., trading engines, liquidity pools, order books).
- Proficiency in agile development, PRDs, and user stories.
- Strong user research and competitive analysis skills to identify market opportunities.
- Results-driven with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Blockchain literacy to effectively communicate with technical teams (smart contracts, on/off-chain transactions).
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and external partner collaboration.
- Passion for crypto/Web3 and blockchain technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing DeFi products (liquidity pools, lending, derivatives).
- Knowledge of NFT markets and emerging trends.
- Technical background understanding blockchain development and smart contracts.
