Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Development Project Manager to oversee and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various technical domains, including smart contracts, backend, frontend, and UX for Affluent. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in developer relations and external communication, ensuring clarity and alignment with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across smart contracts, backend, frontend, and UX for Affluent.
- Lead sprints, standups, retrospectives, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Create and maintain roadmaps, user stories, and requirements documentation to support clear execution.
- Write detailed specifications and define metrics to align cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with tech leads and other product managers to shape features, mitigate risks, and overcome development bottlenecks.
- Manage technical communication and documentation for external partners.
- Draft and coordinate English-language partnership communications with a focus on technical clarity.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in blockchain or decentralized applications.
- Strong understanding of smart contracts, backend, frontend, and UX development processes.
- Experience leading agile methodologies such as sprints, standups, and retrospectives.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including tech leads and product managers.
- Strong problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and overcome development challenges.
- Experience in developer relations or external technical communication is a plus.
