Job Description
As a Web3 product designer and manager, you will lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. This includes conducting in-depth requirement analysis, creating user-centric functional plans, and executing iterative development processes. You will also be responsible for aligning product strategies with the company's long-term objectives through collaborative stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and management of Web3 products, ensuring seamless integration of prototype development, requirement analysis, and functional planning throughout the product lifecycle
- Define and communicate product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive product roadmaps, and maintain strategic alignment with organizational goals
- Coordinate with development teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks, prioritize feature enhancements based on market demands, and manage requirement validation processes
- Implement project management frameworks to control scope, optimize resource allocation, and deliver high-quality products within budgetary constraints and timelines
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis by monitoring industry trends, evaluating competitor products, and synthesizing user feedback to inform product decisions
- Establish and monitor KPI metrics for product performance, analyze user behavior patterns, and identify actionable improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop cohesive promotional strategies, create compelling product materials, and support user acquisition initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3 product development with a strong track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management
- Expertise in agile methodology, user story mapping, and iterative design processes to ensure continuous product improvement
