Job Description
As a blockchain product manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing decentralized finance (DeFi) products that leverage blockchain technology and financial theory. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects to create innovative solutions that meet market demands and user expectations. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design DeFi product models based on financial theory and blockchain technology, ensuring they align with market trends and user needs.
- Develop conceptual and prototype designs for product functions by integrating user experience design concepts with product technology architecture.
- Conduct independent requirement research and product planning, defining product functionality, logic, and interaction (MRD/PRD) while completing detailed product interface, functionality, and process design.
- Write comprehensive PRD documents that are logically rigorous, clearly articulated, and ready for implementation by R&D teams.
- Act as a bridge between R&D, design, and operation departments by ensuring all stakeholders fully understand product requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate and drive the work of developers to align with product timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project quality throughout the development lifecycle and implement strategies to improve user satisfaction.
- Track the market effect and user feedback of online products, systematically collect improvement needs, and continuously refine products to better meet business goals and enhance user experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry, with a strong track record of delivering successful DeFi projects.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized systems, along with a solid foundation in financial theory and open finance concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate user needs into technical specifications and product features.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating and managing PRD documents, ensuring they are detailed, logically structured, and actionable for development teams.
- Ability to coordinate project timelines, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize user experience based on feedback and market analysis.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product designs are technically feasible, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to continuously improve products through data-driven insights and iterative development processes.
