Design intuitive, end-to-end product experiences across high-impact features—from payment acceptance to real-time fund disbursement
Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
Collaborate closely with engineers and product to ensure implementation aligns with design intent
Participate in design reviews, giving and receiving feedback to raise the bar
Establish and evolve our design system and UI components
Influence product direction by embedding design thinking from ideation through launch
2–5 years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX reasoning and polished visual design
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), including components and prototyping
Ability to work across the full product process—from early concepts to production-ready design
Clear, collaborative communication and comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
Experience in Web3, fintech, or understanding of complex systems like payments
Background in both consumer and enterprise product flows
Understanding of emerging business models including crypto, digital marketplaces, AI-powered services, and other innovative commerce platforms
