Job Description
We are seeking a talented Product Designer at any level to join our team at Agora. In this role, you will have the opportunity to own product design from end to end while receiving support from our design co-founder. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our product's future by contributing to requirements definition and roadmap planning in our unique, PM-less environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product design process from concept to final implementation
- Collaborate closely with our design co-founder to elevate product quality
- Shape product requirements and provide strategic input into the product roadmap
- Work directly with engineering teams to establish and continuously improve our design system
- Serve as the champion for exceptional user experience and product quality standards
- Contribute to all aspects of design including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product design at any career level (junior to senior)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions
- Experience working directly with engineers to implement designs
- Understanding of design systems and their implementation
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Self-starter attitude with ability to take ownership of projects
